Tuesday-PowerYoga class
Today-3.5 mile run (I keep shaving seconds off my 3 mile runs, today was 32:36) & lower body weights

Tomorrow I get to rest (YAY)
Friday-3 mile run
Saturday-5 mile run

So, a few of you have asked to see a recent picture of me. We had family pics taken, but we are not purchasing the digital copies. Once I receive the prints we ordered I will be scanning and posting a few of them, they should arrive in a couple of weeks. I've been meaning to have German take a pic of me, but have yet to do so. I am NOT photogenic at all, so I've never really liked having my picture taken. IF more of you out there really want me to post a pic of myself I will, but you have to comment below. ;)
